Job description
As a Crusher Plant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and safe operations of our crusher plant. You will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all crusher plant activities, including equipment operation, material handling, and product quality control.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of workers, ensuring they are well-trained, follow safety procedures, and meet performance standards.
Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations, minimizing accidents and incidents.
Production Planning: Collaborate with production planners to optimize schedules, raw material usage, and workforce allocation to meet production targets efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Environmental Stewardship: Oversee compliance with environmental regulations, waste management, and sustainability initiatives to minimize the plant's environmental impact.
