💰 Salary:
• ₹15,000/month for Freshers
• Negotiable for Experienced Candidates
🛠 Key Responsibilities of Production Staff:
1️⃣ Assisting in tissue culture production and propagation
2️⃣ Maintaining hygiene and sterilization in the lab and production area
3️⃣ Monitoring plant growth and documenting observations
4️⃣ Preparing and handling culture media
5️⃣ Supporting packing, labeling, and dispatch of plant material
6️⃣ Coordinating with quality control and R&D teams
