🎓 Qualification:
– M.Sc. Agriculture
– M.Sc. Horticulture
– M.Sc. Botany
(Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
💰 Salary:
– ₹20,000 per month for freshers
– Negotiable for experienced candidates
🔧 Key Responsibilities of Production Staff:

Preparing and handling stem cuttings, grafting, and layering.

Monitoring plant growth in nursery conditions.

Maintaining humidity, light, and temperature in polyhouse/shade nets.

Identifying and managing pests/diseases.

Using organic and chemical growth enhancers properly.

Maintaining production records and daily reports.
