Responsible for preparing and serving appetizers including:
BBQ Nachos, Buffalo Wings, Crispy Fried Tenders, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Loaded Fries, Gumbo, and JalapeΓ±o Cornbread.
Experience with kitchen hygiene and presentation preferred.
π₯ Salad Station Staff
Prepare and serve fresh salads such as Southern Salad and Cobb Salad per menu standards.
Must maintain speed, freshness, and visual appeal.
π Main Course & Sandwich Cooks
Expertise in preparing Market Fish Sandwich, Yardbird Chicken, Smoked Brisket, and Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
Ensure consistent flavor, timely service, and professional plating.
π Sides & Extras Assistants
Manage Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Cajun Rice, Seasonal Vegetables, French Fries, and Mac & Cheese Skillet stations.
Maintain consistent quality and taste.
π° Dessert Preparation & Service Team
Prepare and serve Key Lime Pie, Bread Pudding, House of Chocolate Cake, and Beignets while ensuring freshness and attractive presentation.
πΉ Drinks & Cocktail Bar Staff
Prepare and serve beverages such as Iced Tea, Lemonade, Hot Teas, and Cocktails like Espresso Martini and Beast of Bourbon.
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
