2️⃣ Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
3️⃣ Maintain professional communication with guests and resolve their queries.
4️⃣ Handle reservations and maintain guest records properly.
5️⃣ Manage guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
6️⃣ Have knowledge of online booking platforms and hotel reservation systems.
Requirements
