🎯 Job Purpose

We are looking for a high-energy Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive growth and market expansion. The candidate will manage distribution, appoint dealers, and lead the sales team to increase product reach.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Sales & Distribution Management

  • Manage primary & secondary sales
  • Ensure product availability in all retail formats
  • Monitor distributor stock, credit & ROI

2. New Dealer & Distributor Appointment

  • Identify and onboard new distributors
  • Conduct market research for expansion
  • Handle negotiations & documentation

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Achieve monthly & yearly targets
  • Execute promotions & schemes
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Convert clients into long-term key accounts

4. Field Leadership & Traveling

  • Hire and manage field staff
  • 70–80% field travel required
  • Train and guide sales team
