  • Position: Poly House Operator
  • Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab
  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (As per your previous salary slip)
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Polyhouse Operations

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and controlling temperature, humidity, and ventilation inside the polyhouse
  2. Managing irrigation systems and proper water supply to plants
  3. Applying fertilizers and pesticides as per crop requirements
  4. Maintaining plant health and identifying diseases or pests
  5. Handling planting, pruning, and harvesting activities
  6. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of polyhouse structure and equipment
