🍹 Main Responsibilities (Bartender Duties)
Drink Preparation & Service
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes. Ensure quick and accurate service to guests.
Customer Interaction
Engage with guests politely, understand preferences, and suggest drinks accordingly. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
Bar Setup & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware. Ensure proper setup before and after service hours.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels of liquor and bar supplies. Inform management about shortages and manage wastage efficiently.
Order Handling & Billing
Take orders correctly and coordinate with service staff. Ensure accurate billing and smooth service flow.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all safety and hygiene standards. Ensure legal drinking age compliance and responsible serving practices.
