We are hiring an experienced Indian Chinese Cuisine Chef for a hospitality establishment in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be Indian-based, hold a minimum qualification of 12th pass, and bring 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Indian Chinese cuisine.
Key Job Duties of the Chef
Menu Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian Chinese dishes, maintaining consistent taste and quality. Ensure timely delivery of orders during service hours.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor kitchen stock levels and order raw materials as needed. Minimize wastage while maintaining quality standards.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality service.
Team Coordination
Supervise and guide kitchen helpers, coordinating closely with the service team. Delegate tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Quality Control
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes at every stage. Taste and adjust dishes to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.
Cost Control
Manage food costs and prevent unnecessary wastage of ingredients. Coordinate with management to control kitchen budgets and profitability.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- 4–6 years of experience in Indian Chinese cuisine
- Candidate must be based in India
- Willingness to relocate to/work in Kasauli, HP
