👨‍🍳 Main Responsibilities of a Head Chef

Kitchen Management

Manage the complete kitchen operation and ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.

Menu Planning & Food Preparation

Plan menus, recipes and daily preparations with a strong focus on Indian cuisine, taste and presentation.

Team Leadership

Lead, train and supervise kitchen staff while assigning duties according to workload and skills.

Food Quality Control

Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion standards for every dish.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor kitchen stock, control food wastage and maintain proper use of ingredients to manage food costs.

Hygiene & Safety

Ensure high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, storage and safety are followed at all times.

💰 Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Salary will be negotiable according to the candidate's previous salary slip and experience.
