🎓 Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in greenhouse, nursery or plant propagation work may also apply.
🌿 Main Responsibilities
🌿 Monitor plant growth and overall plant health.
🌿 Maintain appropriate moisture and humidity levels inside the greenhouse.
🌿 Monitor temperature and other greenhouse conditions.
🌿 Carry out spraying of pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers and plant-protection products as required.
🌿 Monitor irrigation and fertigation.
🌿 Identify pests, diseases and nutritional deficiencies.
🌿 Assist with cuttings, seedlings, transplanting and other propagation methods.
🌿 Maintain proper plant spacing and growing conditions.
🌿 Maintain daily records of irrigation, spraying, moisture and plant health.
🌿 Coordinate with greenhouse workers for daily plant-care activities.
🌿 Follow proper safety procedures while handling agricultural chemicals and equipment.

✓ Knowledge of greenhouse/controlled-environment conditions
✓ Understanding of irrigation and fertigation
✓ Basic knowledge of plant diseases and pest control
✓ Experience in spraying and plant-protection activities
✓ Ability to monitor plant health
✓ Good observation and record-keeping skills
✓ Ability to work with a nursery/greenhouse team
