Waiter Captain

01Team Management

Supervise restaurant service staff and distribute duties effectively.

02Guest Handling

Welcome guests, understand their requirements and ensure professional service.

03Order Management

Take and coordinate food orders accurately with the kitchen and service team.

04Service Quality

Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness and restaurant service standards.

05Complaint Handling

Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate with management for solutions.

06Leadership & Communication

Guide the service team and maintain smooth coordination during restaurant operations.

F&B Manager

01Restaurant Operations

Manage and supervise daily food and beverage operations.

02Staff Supervision

Manage staff duties, performance and training.

03Guest Satisfaction

Maintain high standards of guest service and handle customer feedback.

04Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory, wastage and operational costs.

05Hygiene & Quality Standards

Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and food-service standards.

06Planning & Coordination

Coordinate between the kitchen, service team and management for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

4–6 years of relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations
Good team management and leadership skills
Strong communication and guest-handling skills
Professional attitude and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of restaurant service, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Good coordination with kitchen, service staff and management

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹22,000 / month
Negotiable according to previous salary slip.
